These Terms of Use apply to all applications and web services provided by TITI STUDIO, including Episode, Time Synapse, Money Synapse, and any future services.
TITI STUDIO ("Studio", "we", "us", "our") is an indie software studio that builds thoughtful apps for everyday life. We operate Episode, Time Synapse, Money Synapse, our website, and any future services (collectively, "Services").
These Terms of Use ("Terms") set out the rights and responsibilities between you ("user", "you") and TITI STUDIO when you use our Services. By creating an account or using any Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Users under the age of 14 may not use the Services without parental or guardian consent.
Some Services require you to create an account. You may sign up using the following methods.
When creating and using your account, please follow these guidelines.
We may suspend or permanently delete your account without prior notice if we determine that you have violated these Terms, harmed other users, or abused the Services.
We work to keep our Services running smoothly and improving over time. Please be aware of the following.
When using the Services, please comply with applicable laws, these Terms, and our policies.
Any content you create or upload within the Services — including journal entries, notes, images, emotional data, tags, and any other material (collectively, "User Content") — remains your property. You retain full ownership and copyright over your User Content.
By using the Services, you grant TITI STUDIO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your User Content solely for the following purposes.
Your content belongs to you.
We will never sell your User Content, use it in advertising, or disclose it to third parties without your permission.
If any User Content violates the rights of others or applicable law, we may remove it or restrict access without prior notice.
The following actions are not permitted when using our Services.
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or deletion of your account, as well as civil or criminal liability under applicable law.
Some features are available for free; others require a paid subscription (premium). The distinction between free and premium features is shown within each app.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Refunds for already-renewed periods may not be available.
All refund requests are handled according to the platform's refund policy.
Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not the providers of TITI STUDIO's services.
All responsibility for the Services and their content rests solely with TITI STUDIO. Apple and Google bear no obligations under these Terms.
We may add, modify, or remove features at any time to improve the Services. We will provide advance notice of significant changes through in-app announcements or email.
If we need to discontinue a Service — in whole or in part — we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice. Users with active paid subscriptions will receive a refund or appropriate compensation for unused time.
In the following situations, the Services may be temporarily suspended without prior notice.
You may delete your account at any time. Deleting your account will permanently erase all your data from our Services, and this cannot be undone.
Please back up any important content before deleting your account. Deletion cannot be reversed.

All intellectual property rights in the TITI STUDIO apps, website, design, logos, UI/UX, source code, graphics, and brand assets are owned by TITI STUDIO.
You may use these assets solely to the extent necessary to use the Services as intended. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit them without our written permission.
All User Content you create within the Services — your notes, entries, images, and other personal data — belongs to you.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We are not liable for issues arising from the following circumstances.
We make no warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, completeness, or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TITI STUDIO shall not be liable for.
Our total liability to you for direct damages shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
In the event of a dispute arising from the use of the Services, we and you will first attempt to resolve it in good faith. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be settled in the competent courts of Korea in accordance with the Civil Procedure Act.
