How to Delete Your Account

Open the app and go to Settings > Delete Account — you can delete your account yourself at any time.

Episode, Modam Budget, Money Synapse, and every other TiTi Studio app follow this same account deletion process.

Information That Will Be Deleted

What gets deleted depends on which app you use. Select an app below to see its details.

Information processed when you delete your account

Deleting your MoneySynapse account removes ordinary service data linked to your account, including transaction records, budgets, savings, investments, loans, insurance, and wish lists.

Information retained for a limited period under applicable law

However, some records related to contracts, payments, and dispute resolution may be retained separately for a limited period, to the extent required by applicable law. These records are destroyed once the retention period ends and no other retention obligation applies.

About Subscriptions

Subscriptions purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store are managed separately by each platform.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription.
To cancel a premium subscription, please cancel it directly from the subscription management menu of the respective store.

Important Notes

Your data is deleted immediately upon account deletion request.
If certain information must be retained under applicable law, it will be securely retained for the legally required period and then deleted.
Once deletion is complete, you cannot log back in with the same account — to use the app again, you'll need to sign up for a new one.

Deleted data cannot be recovered. Please back up any important records before deleting your account.
